I was genuinely surprised when I entered my room to find a delightful birthday setup waiting for me, along with an unexpected room upgrade. The kindness of the staff made my special day magical.

While everything else was superb, it would be better if they communicated more clearly about the checkout timing and meal inclusions, as there was a bit of confusion regarding lunch after checkout.

It’s also worthwhile to note that the hotel has strict policies that can make guests feel uncomfortable at times, such as being questioned more rigorously than others by security and unexpected charges for visitors.
